Effective date: October 1, 2026
Ferrari Metals Corporation (“Ferrari Metals,” “we,” “us” or “our”) explains in this policy how we handle information collected through ferrarimetals.com and related inquiries.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request a project quote, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, company, phone number and the details in your message, such as your project location.
You can browse this website and send an inquiry without creating an account. This website does not provide online checkout or ask for payment-card information. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive financial information in the contact form.
Technical information and cookies
Our website and hosting systems receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested. This information helps deliver the website, maintain security and investigate technical problems.
The website uses a security cookie to help protect form submissions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect website features.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website — for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and the type of device and browser used. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived; we receive aggregated reports, not your name or contact details. You can prevent this by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps distinguish people from automated submissions. When you begin filling in the form, reCAPTCHA loads and sends information about your device, browser and interaction with the page to Google for that purpose.
Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos or Google Maps. When those services load or you interact with them, Google may receive information about your device and visit and use cookies or similar technologies. Depending on your settings and interaction, this information may be associated with activity across websites or with a Google account. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices and privacy controls.
This website does not currently change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. The cookie and opt-out choices described above remain available to you.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss quotes, provide product and project support, maintain business communications, understand how the website is used, and operate and protect the website.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can stop them by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us at samantha@ferrarimetals.com. This does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or sending communications necessary for an existing quote, order or service.
How information is shared
We may provide relevant information to providers that help us host and maintain the website, analyze its use, protect it from abuse, deliver email and manage customer inquiries. If an inquiry leads to a quote or order, information needed to fulfil your request may also be shared with suppliers, carriers or other service providers involved in that work.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims.
Your requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact samantha@ferrarimetals.com.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements, transactions or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Information security
We use safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
